SDM-IMD Application Form: Application forms can be obtained from SDM-IMD, Mysore on payment of Rs.1, 350/- in person or by post by sending a DD (DD drawn in favour of SDM Institute for Management Development, Mysore, payable at Mysore). The forms are also available at centres of Bulls Eye, Career Forum, Career Launcher, Cerebral Heights, IMS, PT Education and T.I.M.E apart from SDM Group Institutes. SDM-IMD uses Common Admission Test (CAT), conducted by IIMs, for short-listing the candidates for its two-year residential Post Graduate Program in Management. IIMs have no role either in the election process or in the conduct of the program.
