The respective Department/College/Directorate will print the application forms, sell them and deposit the revenues from the sale in their respective bank accounts. The payment for the application forms will be by banker’s cheque/demand draft drawn in favour of Head/Principal/Director of respective Department/College/Directorate payable at Patna.
The course fee will be paid by banker’s cheque/demand draft drawn in favour of “Registrar, Patna University” payable at Patna. The Department/College/Directorate will use the admission money receipts issued by the Patna University. The University will meet the expenses to be incurred on the course and required funds will be made available to the respective Department/College/Directorate without delay.
The University will advance a sum of Rs. 15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen thousand) only for each of the courses to respective Department/College/Directorate without delay.
