Application Forms are available from campus (SVGOI, Ramnagar ,Banur, Chandigarh - Patiala Highway) as well as at Head Office (SCO- 51-52, Sector 20, Chandigarh). Fee of Rs. 1000 in the form of DD/ Banker’s Cheque in favour of “Swami Vivekanand School Of Management” is to be attached with it.

5. Graduation & DMC
6. Graduation Degree Certificate
7. Medical Certificate with Blood Group
8. Character Certificate of last institute attended
9. Reserve category certificate (Only as per specification in the prospectus)
10. Gap year Certificate (If any)
11. Eight Photographs
- Candidates with work experience will be given weightage at the time of Interview.
- Those students who have got the provisional admission; but could not get the degree or detail marks sheet at least one month before the commencement of first term examination; will cease to be eligible students of the school.
- For SC/ST Rules of Punjab Govt. will be followed.
