Issue of Application Forms: Application form and information brochure will be available at the University Office and at the University campus on payment of Rs. 750 by cash or by post with a DD for Rs. 750 favouring SRMIST, payable at Chennai. Candidates can also apply online or download the application form from the University website. It can also be obtained on cash payment of Rs. 750 from all main branches of State Bank of India, Indian Bank, City Union Bank, Karur Vysya Bank & all Head Post Offices]
The filled-in application should be sent to the Dean (Admissions). In case of online submission, register at www.srmuniv.ac.in and send a DD for Rs. 750 favoring SRMIST, payable at Chennai with details of registration ID, name & complete address to the Dean (Admissions). Similarly, an application downloaded from the web is to be filled and sent along with the DD.
