Bheemanna Khandre and with belssings of Poojya Dr Ma Gha Cha Channabasava Pattadevaru, The tireless efforts of former Transport Minister and former President Shri, Bheemanna Khandre has brought glory to our institute. Rural Engineering College, Bhalki, since its establishment in 1982, has been in the forefront of technical education in North Karnataka. In the two decades of its existence it has earned a good reputation.
