Eligibilty: Candidates who have passed the 10+2 in sciences will be considered eligible for admission to the ten Semester Integrated M.Sc. course in Earth Sciences. The admission will be open to two categories of students. Category -1 will include those who have appeared for IIT JEE and will have to submit their score together with the application. Category-2 will be those who don’t have IIT-JEE score but have passed 10+ 2 with Mathematics. Initially, the admission will be on the basis of IIT-JEE merit list, however, depending on the vacancies available, students of category-2 will be also considered for admission. Reservation·          Fifteen percent of the seats will be reserved for the Scheduled Caste candidates. (If no Scheduled Caste candidates are eligible the seat will be given to a qualifying Scheduled Tribe candidate).·          Five percent of the seats will be reserved for the children/widows of armed forces personnel including para-military personnel killed or disabled during hostilities and who die on duty.·          Reservation for Other Backward Classes (OBC) will be as per University norms.·          In case sufficient number of eligible candidates mentioned above is not available, the vacancies will be   treated as unreserved in their respective categories Age Requirements: No Person shall be qualified for admission to the 5 year integrated M.Sc. Earth Science course unless he/she is at least 17 years of age before the first of October in the year in which he/she seeks admission.  However, the Vice-Chancellor may, on the basis of individual merit, relax the age limit up to a maximum period of six months.

Eligibilty: The candidates seeking admission to BAMS Course must have passed Intermediate/Senior School Certificate Examination (C.B.S.E.)/Indian School Certificate Examination (12 years course) with Science (Physics, Chemistry & Biology) and English or any other equivalent qualification recognised by the University with 50% or more marks in the aggregate of three subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Biology and has also passed English from the recognised school conducting regular classes (except Patrachar Vidhyalaya & Open School). While deciding the merit the marks obtained in English will not be taken into consideration.Note:F Provided that the student has passed in all the subjects separately required for purpose of admission to BAMS Course.F The candidate who has passed Sanskrit as a subject at the qualifying examination will be exempted from taking Sanskrit in 1st Prof. BAMS Course.F For admission to the above course he/she should has passed Hindi as one of the subjects at qualifying examination or High School/Matriculation/Secondary examination or equivalent.
How to Apply: Application Form along with Bulletin of Information may be obtained from the office of the Assistant Registrar, Faculty of Ayurvedic & Unani Medicines, 6th floor, V.P. Chest Institute Building, University of Delhi, Delhi-110 007, against a Bank Draft / Banker’s Cheque of Rs. 250/- (By Hand) and Rs. 300/- (By Post) drawn on any Nationalised Bank in favour of Registrar University of Delhi payable at Delhi, on all working days w.e.f. 02.06.2008, up to 30.06.2008. The last date for sending request for obtaining Application Form along with Bulletin of Information by post is 18th June, 2008 (Wednesday).The Application Forms can also be obtained, by hand only, from the office of the Principal, A&U, Tibbia College, Karol Bagh, and New Delhi. Completed applications should reach the Assistant Registrar, Faculty of Ayurvedic & Unani Medicines, 6th Floor, V.P.
