| Comments: | 1) Admission for Non-sponsored candidate shall be made through GATE (When GATE qualified candidates are not available, admission may be given to NON-GATE candidates on merit). 2) The candidate should have min. 55% marks in B.E./B. Tech.3) Admission for sponsored candidates should fulfill eligibility criteria of respective M.E./M.Tech course with 55% marks. No minimum percentage of marks for those teachers either in engineering or polytechnic who joined before 28.02.1989. 4) The candidates must have a minimum of two years of full time experience. 5) Regular non-sponsored GATE qualified candidates admitted to M.E./M.Tech. courses will be awarded a scholarship of Rs. 5,000/- per month in accordance with the rules and regulations prescribed for eligibility and the scholarship will be paid for a maximum period of 24 months.SELECTION: Written test-cum-interview to the short-listed GATE & NON-GATE candidates will be held on July, 31,2006 at 11.00 a.m. at the respective department. The weightage of 70% will be credited for the merit and 30% to the written test- cum-interview for the final selection of a candidate. FEE: The tuition fee and other charges for the M.E/M.
