Application on plain- paper indicating Name, Fathers/ Husband’s Name, Sex, Date of Birth, Marital Status, Nationality, Permanent and Mailing Address, Educational Qualification with % of marks in each Professional and attempts, Experience, Scientific Publication/ Papers presented, Phone/Fax No, e-mail, two attested colored recent passport size photographs, attested copies of all relevant certificate and testimonials should reach to the office of undersigned on or before 12th January, 2009.
